A deposit of $50.00 is required to hold space. Trip will operate rain or shine. Cancellations forty-eight hours prior to trip departure will receive a full refund, otherwise no refund.
Deposit: A deposit of $300.00 per person is required to hold space. Deposits may be in the form of personal check or credit card number. Reservations will be confirmed by return mail accompanied by a personal packing list, a trip information packet and a statement of balance of payment due.
Balance of Payment: Final payment is due sixty days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy: Should a need to cancel arise, our policy is as follows:
If notified in writing more than 60 days prior to trip departure the deposit is refunded minus a $150 per person service charge. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure forfeit all monies unless applied to another trip departing within one calendar year minus service charge. Deposits for daily vehicle tours, horseback rides or hikes are fully refundable with 48-hour notice of cancellation. We strongly recommend you protect yourself by purchasing travel insurance.
Late Bookings: Full payment is required on reservations made within sixty days of departure.
Discounts: A 10% discount is extended to past guests and children under twelve.
